Rotary drilling rig construction process steps

Step one: positioning rotary drilling rig. Step 2: Lay the drill bit gently on the ground, rotate it, and start drilling. It is best to use the weight of the drill bit as the drilling pressure to better ensure the accuracy of the pile foundation. Step 3: When the drill bit is full of earth and sand, it is pulled out of the hole. Pay attention to the underground water level in the tunnel and replenish water in time to prevent collapse.

Step 3: When the drill bit is full of earth and sand, it is pulled out of the hole. Pay attention to the underground water level in the tunnel and replenish water in time to prevent collapse. Step 4: Rotate the rotary drilling rig and dump the earth and sand in the drill bit onto the earth truck or the ground. Step 5: Close the drill bit valve, rotate the rotary drilling rig back to its original position, and lock the rotary drilling machine. Step 6: Drop the drill. Step 7: bury the casing and put in the mud. According to the construction site soil conditions, lay a certain length of protective pipe. The diameter of the guard plate should generally be 100mm larger than the pile diameter so that the drill can move freely up and down in the hole. Mud shall be prepared according to site soil conditions. If the soil quality of the site is relatively good clay, direct drilling can be considered without mud injection or water injection. Step 8: Finish drilling, perform the first hole cleaning, and measure the depth. Step 9: Place in steel cage. Step 10: Insert the catheter. Step 11: The second hole cleaning is performed. Step 12: Underwater concrete pouring Step 13: Pull out the casing, clean the pile head and backfill into the pile.
